Unova is a platform focused on personal data management and protection, helping organisations organise records, respond to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and demonstrate compliance with the GDPR and other privacy regulations.
About the role
As an Information Security Analyst, you will help design and implement security controls, monitor risks and support incident response across our products and internal environments.
Main responsibilities
- Define and maintain security policies, standards and procedures.
- Perform risk assessments focused on personal data and critical systems.
- Track and remediate vulnerabilities together with engineering teams.
- Support identity and access management, including access reviews.
- Assist with incident response, documentation and lessons learned.
- Provide technical input and evidence for GDPR compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Information Security or a related field.
- Solid understanding of security controls (networks, systems, cloud, encryption).
- Working knowledge of the GDPR and privacy principles.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Security or privacy certifications.
- Experience with AWS security services.
- Background in ISO 27001 or similar frameworks.
